The Monsoon MULTI II Exo Terra programmable misting system is suitable for all types of terrariums and greenhouses. It helps to maintain optimum humidity by producing a fine mist at programmed intervals, the duration and frequency of which can be easily adjusted according to the type of plants or animals kept. Frequent misting helps to stimulate reproduction and is essential for maintaining living tropical plants, such as bromeliads, orchids, mosses, etc.
The system can be programmed to produce a mist several times per 24 hour cycle, for periods ranging from 2 seconds to 2 minutes. The large 8 L (2 US gal) tank allows continuous operation for several days without having to refill it (ideal for holidays), and refilling is simple: no need to uninstall the entire system.
