Contract for annual purchases 2022
PRODUCT PRICE AND SIZE
The annual purchase contract does not fix the price of the product, but assures you of a determined discount for the year. If the product undergoes a price increase during the year, you will have to assume the increase.
If the manufacturer changes or discontinues a format, the Jardin des Animaux is in no way responsible for the change and your product will be transferred to the product recommended by the supplier. Le Jardin des Animaux does not undertake to reimburse you for the difference between the products unless the product suffers a price reduction. In this case, a credit will be granted to you
If the manufacturer ceases production of the product of this purchase agreement, we will credit the residual value you paid for another product. This amount will be applied to the price of other items at the regular price displayed in store.
It happens that certain products are out of stock and the Jardin des Animaux has no control, so it is not held responsible for the lack of product and cannot compensate you, unless the manufacturer stops manufacturing the product. However, it is possible to use a product from the same company, of the same format and of the same price.
PROMOTION
No promotion can be combined with annual purchases during the year: coupon or discount.
Loyalty programs cannot be combined with annual purchases as part of the Big Sale. You will therefore not be able to combine your barcodes and invoices in order to obtain the 13th free bag.
CUSTOMER AND PURCHASE FOLLOW-UP
The client must be registered with the Jardin des Animaux.
The customer must have his telephone number entered at the time of each purchase in order to obtain his monthly purchasing privileges.
The customer must always buy the same format and the same product, as listed on his annual purchase contract, unless the manufacturer changes the formats during the year.
All product purchases are automatically tracked upon entry of the customer's phone number.
Valid purchase tracking is from the annual purchase ledger and Animal Garden database. Your purchase tracking card is for informational purposes only. It is not necessary when retrieving your products. We ask you to sign each time you come to pick up your purchases. We may ask you for identification. Only you or the predetermined person on the contract can pick up the items.
Le Jardin des Animaux gives you a zero invoice when you pick up your items.
The customer is responsible for notifying the Jardin des Animaux of any change of civic address or email address.
Le Jardin des Animaux reserves the right to limit the quantity of products collected throughout the year in order to allow the availability of products for all customers. You must notify us at least 14 days in advance if you wish to recover the balance of your contract.
CONTRACT AND TERMINATION
The annual purchase promotion ends on September 30, 2023. Any products not used after this date will not be refunded.
Le Jardin des Animaux reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
If for one of these reasons: food intolerance or death of your animal, Le Jardin Des Animaux will issue a store credit for the residual value of the annual purchase contract. This amount is the amount remaining in your contract after the discounts received. This amount will be applied to the price of other items at the regular price displayed in store. An administration fee could be applied of a maximum of 10% of the value of the initial contract. It is also possible to transfer your contract to a Jardin des Animaux gift card.
The program is valid only if the customer buys more than 2 identical items without leaving with them during the event.
Sample bags, bonus bags, clearance or final sale products cannot be considered for this offer.
All products with an additional 20% discount cannot be part of the annual purchase contract.
