In addition, this perch helps clean and care for birds' beaks. Attach the Pedi-Perch to the cage door provided that it is not the highest available to the bird.
Always have a variety of perches in the cage to prevent foot problems like plantar synovitis. Regularly monitor the health of the bird's feet.
To clean, scrub the Perchoir Pedi-Perch under running water with soap. Make sure it is completely dry before putting it back in the cage.
