Two (2) year limited warranty

Fluval C-Series filters are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years under normal aquarium use and service. The two (2) year warranty applies to all non-replaceable parts, which means that the filter will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion, free of charge, when the complete filter is returned, postage prepaid, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The warranty does not apply to any filter used improperly, with negligence or which has been modified. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to aquatic organisms and property, however caused.
