INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions and frequently asked questions before grooming your pet. Strictly follow the instructions for use of the FURminator® Undercoat deShedding tool. The role of this tool is to be distinguished from brushing or combing. It removes dead hair associated with shedding without cutting or damaging the outer coat*.
STEP 1
The Undercoat Anti Shedding Tool can be used anytime on an animal with a perfectly dry coat, but for best results it is advisable to apply it immediately after bathing or drying. The wide range of FURminator® brand grooming products are designed to promote healthy pet skin and coat and significantly reduce the amount of stray hair around the home, when used regularly.
2ND STEP
Before using the Undercoat Shedding Tool, thoroughly inspect your pet's body. Check the hair for any irritation, bruising or injury. If so, consult your veterinarian for treatment before grooming your pet. Also, remove knots and fuzz beforehand using the FURminator® Fur Dematting Tool or the FURminator® Grooming Rake.
STEP 3
Handle the anti-shedding tool for the undercoat like a brush and gently pass it over your animal in the direction of the hair, tilting the stainless steel teeth of the blade towards the coat. carefully on the areas around the belly, legs, genitals and anus.
