The Nutrafin Iron Test Kit (0.0-1.0 mg/L) measures iron levels in freshwater or saltwater aquariums. Iron should be carefully monitored and maintained at a level that sustains and maintains aquariums that abound with plants.
It is recommended to test at a frequency that maintains the iron level between 0.25 to 0.5 mg/L.
